For this tutorial, as for all of them, we are going to
make a lot of similar frames/borders, with the same
color/fill/pattern - using the same steps over again, so
next time I'm only referring to 1 Color (=Foreground
color) or 2 White. Just repeat the steps I'm explaining
for the first frame/border. (Always expand sides
equally, and with the pixels mentioned in front of the
color.)
To make it more easy to select a border, right
click/All, right click/Border and set the Pixels of the
border for the Border width, Direction: Inward, Shape:
Box. You can always use the Magic Wand Tool, but this
way it's more easy if you use similar colors for the
background and the border. (On the assumption that all
sides have been expanded equally!)

Open
the file yellowdaisy, and resize as you wish. (Remember
to use the Focus command if you do so.) Place on your
picture, right click/Duplicate, right click/ Properties/
Position & Size, and resize the duplicated flower. Use
the Rotate & Flip command to rotate the flower, and
repeat these steps. Place the duplicated and rotated
flowers as you wish and open the butterfly files. Go to

you like.
Give the flowers and the butterfly a shadow like I did:
Altern. 1 (red arrow) + 1/1/50/100/10.
Right click/Select all Objects, right click/Group and
right click/Duplicate. Flip Horizontally and Vertically,
and move the new flower group to the opposite corner of
